Web3 Community & Technical Operations
Hi, I’m Rafiq Ahmed, known in the Web3 space as Berlin. I work in Web3 community operations, focusing on managing Telegram communities, supporting users, and coordinating with technical teams to keep projects running smoothly.
I’ve been working in blockchain and crypto for 4+ years, with hands-on experience across community moderation, user support, and technical coordination. Alongside community work, I also have experience with validator and node operations, which helps me better understand technical issues and communicate them clearly when supporting communities.
Currently, I manage and moderate communities for Privasea, Tanari, Helix Labs, Gonka AI, Walle, and Vanar Chain, where I help maintain active, organized, and secure communities.
In addition, I serve as a Technical Ambassador at Redbelly Network and an Ambassador at Pi Squared. Previously, I worked as a Technical Ambassador at NuLink.
With 4+ years of experience in Web3, I focus on building and maintaining active, well-organized communities while supporting technical operations behind the scenes. I manage and moderate Telegram and Discord communities, support users, and coordinate closely with project teams to keep communication clear and ecosystems running smoothly.
Beyond daily moderation, I plan and host community events, including Discord game events and engagement activities, helping projects increase participation, strengthen community bonds, and keep users active during both growth and quiet periods.
